New Construction On 9th Street In Lake Oswego Oregon

April 13, 2021

During the testing phase of the new pump station a discrepancy was discovered with the pump motors. New motors will have to be manufactured to rectify the discrepancy. The estimated timeline for delivery of replacement motors is approximately 6 to 10 weeks. For the most part the project will be put on hold until the project receives the replacement motors and can resume testing. Some minor landscaping work will continue on the site. If you have any questions feel free to contact David Kudna Project Manager at 503.635.5299.

Nighttime Water Main Shutdown: Week of March 23

During the week of March 23, the water main that serves residents and business in the FAN neighborhood will shut down between the hours of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for construction. The service interruption should be limited to one night during this week. All properties that may be impacted will receive a flier announcing the day and time of the water main shutdown.

Water will not be available during this time, so residents are encouraged to store extra water if needed. When water service resumes, please run the cold water for several minutes to flush the lines. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
